Tibor Polcz, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Tibor Polcz, M.D., F.A.C.O.G, is the founder and medical director of Polcz Fertility Center, located in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Dr. Polcz received his medical degree from the University of Pécs Medical School in Hungary. He continued his training, completing his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Bridgeport Hospital an affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine in 1995. Extending his term at Yale University, Dr. Polcz completed his fellowship in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, in 1997.

Previously, as an instructor and research affiliate at Yale, his research included in depth analyses of: the membrane properties of oocytes and changes in ion transport before, during, and after fertilization; gamete micro culture system and optimal culture media development; and sperm membrane ion transport using electrophysiological evaluation.

In 1997, Dr. Polcz entered private practice in Boynton Beach, Florida and has been providing exceptional fertility care to patients throughout South Florida ever since. He is an affiliate assistant clinical professor for the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he is an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

For over 25 years, Dr. Polcz has made it his goal to assist patients in conceiving their dreams of becoming parents. As a father himself, he understands that for many, the path to parenthood is not always linear and for every twist and turn, there is solace in knowing you are supported every step of the way.
