PRE-IMPLANTATION GENETIC TESTING

PGT-A and PGT-M
Our in-house embryology laboratory performs the trophectoderm biopsy, required for the pre-implantation genetic testing for aneuploidy, or abnormal chromosomal copy number,(PGT-A) and mutation (PGT-M). A sample of 5-10 cells per embryo is sent to a genetic sequencing laboratory and post-biopsied embryos are cryopreserved until the results are obtained.
PGT offers a snapshot for the possible genetic makeup for your embryo(s) and has the potential to improve the chance of implantation by providing such insight.
